Manufacturing projects are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a signed contract or proforma invoice (PI). If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

The text, images, videos, logos and other content on this website belong to Arttoy or are used with the permission of their owners. Designs and characters made for our clients remain the property of those clients and are shown with their permission.

You may view and share pages from this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or republish any content without our prior written permission.

Prices, mold costs, minimum order quantities, lead times and other information on this website are general guidance and may change without notice.

A quote, estimate or project review from Arttoy is not a binding offer or contract. Prices, quantities, specifications and delivery dates become binding only when both parties confirm them in a signed contract or PI.

You keep full ownership of the designs, artwork, 3D files and other intellectual property you send us through this website, by email or by messaging apps.

We use your files only to review, quote and produce your project. We share them only with team members and production partners who need them for that work and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not publish, sell or reuse your designs without your written permission.

On request, we sign an NNN agreement (Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention) before you send any files. Please ask for one before sharing unreleased designs.

By sending files, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them for manufacturing, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to submit content that is infringing, misleading or harmful.

This website may link to third-party websites, such as social media profiles or standards organizations. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

This website is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Arttoy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for manufacturing projects is set out in the relevant contract or PI.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms will be submitted to the competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong.
