We distinguish ourselves by offering a low MOQ of per design. Unlike traditional factories that require thousands of units, our flexible production lines allow independent artists and emerging brands to produce custom vinyl, PVC, or resin figures without a massive upfront volume commitment.
We specialize in High-Mix manufacturing. Our capabilities include Soft Vinyl (Sofubi) for traditional collectibles, PVC for high-detail action figures, and Polyurethane Resin for premium statues and prototypes. We also manufacture mixed-media collectibles, plush toys, and large-format fiberglass sculptures.
Absolutely. As an ODM (Original Design Manufacturer), we offer full design support. If you don't have a 3D file (STL/OBJ), our in-house team can sculpt your 2D illustrations or concept art into production-ready 3D models and guide you through the prototyping phase.
Timelines vary by project complexity. Generally, the process includes: 7-14 days for prototyping, 20-30 days for mold tooling (wax or steel), and 30-45 days for mass production after sample approval. We provide a detailed schedule with every quote to ensure transparency.
